Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product was received.
  2. The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.
  4. Any defect in the product must have been identified immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons not caused by us.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, you must do the following to begin the return process:

  • Send an email to: NOVO EMAIL
  • Please ensure that the email includes the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address.

Never send the return to the sender address; we will provide the correct address after you have requested the return.

As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provision if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the final products.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process before delivery, which means it is not possible to issue a refund once the products have been dispatched.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Fiona’s Dublin by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The cancellation will be completed once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Shipments in transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the products and then return them to us. Of course, you may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible refund, please send us proof of postage.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation and receipt of the goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
