What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:
Processing Time
Within 1–3 working days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Your parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
Delivery Time
- Spain: 5–8 working days
Delivery is carried out by Correos.
Please note that all shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping. This also includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where is my parcel?
After dispatch, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
